RECEPTION

The lovely Bec & Ash are the first point of call for all enquiries. These girls work their butts off to provide the best customer service & strive to go above & beyond for our Jawa Family. They are a wealth of knowledge & have many years experience in customer service, administration & Reception. These girls are generally the first people you speak to from Jawa & the first you see when you arrive at Jawa HQ. Bec & Ash are happy to assist with any enquiries or questions you may have-And always do it with a smile on their face 😊 They are a huge part of our Jawa Family.

ACCOUNTS TEAM

In our accounts corner we have Beck & Char. Both ladies handle our books & make sure our accounts are all in order. Both Beck & Char have years of experience and are both very valued members of the Jawa Team.

EMMA & KAZ

Emma handles all things shipping related! Be it liaising with shipping lines, arranging shipping freight & sending that magical email that your van has left & is enroute for a Brisbane delivery. Emma is also in charge of all Marketing, Promotions & Advertising for Jawa Campers. Having 2 kids (3 if you count Scott) and commuting to the Sunny Coast daily is a bit of a juggling act but we make it work

KAZ – ‘THE MOTHERSHIP’

Kaz is a mum to all & of course the owner of Jawa Campers (Along with John-but lets be honest… we know who really runs the show…). Kaz can usually be found chatting to our lovely customers in the showroom & ensuring our staff have a full belly for Friday breaky! She works tiresome for Jawa and is always happy to help. Kaz & John are currently working hard to open our Sydney Showroom & our relocation of our Qld showroom to our new Caloundra Premises.

SERVICE TEAM

Scotty

Scotty started out as the workshop Manager for Jawa Campers and is now in the Service Department. He has so much knowledge, passion and drive for Jawa and our customers, and his service is second to none.

As a family business our main goal is to not only provide the best hybrid camper on the market, but to create the best experience for our extended Jawa Family.

You also may have seen his face around on our handover, trouble shooting and walkthrough videos of our vans- he’s not camera shy !

With Scott’s extensive knowledge and passion for our Jawa Hybrids, he is always here to assist with anything Jawa Related 🙂

Georgia

Georgia joined the Jawa Family earlier this year to work alongside Scotty in the service department. With many years experience in the caravan industry, Georgia has proven to be the perfect addition to our service & Customer service Team. With ample knowledge of all things caravans, parts & service- we are so pleased to have secured her expertise & hilarious sense of humour!

Georgia is always happy to help and has quickly become an essential part of our Jawa Family.

WORKSHOP

In just 3 short years, Jawa Campers have grown from a team of 6 to a team of over 50….

The JAWA brand and team have grown significantly with a dedication to our products & determination to build the best experience for our clients with a High-Quality Customer Service and After Sales team. Our workshop team work tirelessly to ensure our campers are the best hybrids on the market. We have a highly skilled and motivated Workshop Crew who are passionate about Jawa & Our campers.

We have implemented a new nightshift team, as well as our day shift team to ensure quality is not jeopardised. We now receive weekly/Daily container deliveries at any time-day or night due to the increased delivery schedule.

It’s full speed ahead at Jawa Campers & we are not looking to slow down anytime soon…

Matt
Matt has been running the Jawa Workshop for the past 18 months. After the decision was made to expand the Jawa Brand to Sydney- Matt has decided to move back home and will be working from the Sydney branch.
Jamie
We have now secured the expertise of Jamie McLean Who is our new Workshop Manager here a JAWA HQ. Jamie has come from a background of business management and spent the last 10 years running a Mazda Dealership. Jamie comes with many years of Automotive Management experience & has very quickly become an integral part of our workshop Team.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

JOSH

Josh has extensive product knowledge dating back over 6 years within the Caravan & Camping Industry. He joined the Jawa Crew mid 2021 and has quickly become a big part of our team. If you have a van on order you will undoubtedly get to spend 2 hours with Josh running through your beautiful new Jawa Hybrid! Josh provides an extensive 2 Hour Handover for every customer picking up their new van-& Always does it with a smile & a laugh. Josh has a passion for helping people & thrives in a team environment.

RYCHELLE

Rychelle has a genuine passion for people. Prior to her role with Jawa Campers, Rychelle has spent many years as a Sales Consultant for display homes. You will find Rochelle in our Showroom looking after our customers & assisting with sales inquiries. Rychelle understands our products, the industry, and most importantly our customers.

MATT

Matt has spent the past 2 years building our Jawa Camper Vans, and managing the workshop. After 2.5 years on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Matt decided it was time to move home & will now be working from our NSW branch-That will open in late 2022. Matt will be overseeing the Sydney Branch with sales & Completing Handovers.

OUR STORY

Kaz & I spent the last 35 years in the northwest of Sydney, running a sizeable automotive repair shop specializing in Automatic Transmission & Power Steering and servicing 18 car dealerships around NSW & the greater Sydney area.

It was time for a sea-change with a little less stress and a lot more time with the family, so with that in mind, we decided to fulfill our lifetime dream of moving to the Sunshine Coast, and commencing our next big adventure!

Camping has always been such a large part of our social and family life, and we visited JAWA Offroad Campers with the view to purchase the 2019 Hybrid of the Year – TRAX 12. Very impressed with the quality of the Hybrid and Camper Trailer range we discovered the business was actually for sale.

Instantly we knew we had found our calling and the rest is now history.

A few months later our daughter Emma & her husband Scott joined the business making the move up from Wollongong with their 2 young children, followed a year later by our youngest son Matt to embark on this adventure.

With Emma’s Marketing skills, Scott’s strength in Customer Relations & Passion for our Hybrids, Matt’s Sales Charisma & Trade Background and Our aligned passion – We knew we had something exceptional.

In just 3 short years the JAWA brand and team have grown significantly with a dedication to our products & determination to build the best experience for our clients with a High-Quality Customer Service and After Sales team.

In 2022, the Award Winning Range continues to expand-Combined with our Flagship Camper the Sirocco – 2020 Hybrid of the Year, New Product upgrades and Improving model designs which are based purely on the feedback we have received from our customers.

JAWA Offroad Camper Trailers is 100% Australian-owned true Family Business, and we are very excited to announce our opening of a new Showroom & Workshop in the Northwest of Sydney this September.
