RECEPTION

The lovely Helen and Lisa are the first point of call for all enquiries at JAWA Off Road Campers. So when you visit one of our showrooms, it’s their friendly faces that will greet you on arrival! Exceptionally hard-working and with a genuine commitment to providing the highest level of customer service, Helen and Lisa strive to go above and beyond for our JAWA family. They are a wealth of knowledge and have many years of experience in customer service, administration, and reception. There are no questions or enquiries Helen and Lisa can’t handle so we know our customers are in good hands when they deal with our brilliant reception team! They are an integral part of our JAWA family.

ACCOUNTS TEAM

Heading up our accounts department are Sarah and Kelly. Together they bring years of experience and a passion for numbers, and it’s their meticulous work taking care of our books that ensures our accounts are all in order. The JAWA team would not be the same without Sarah and Kelly!

ASH

From the moment she joined us two years ago, Ash has proven herself to be a huge asset to the JAWA family. You’ll find her in the background of our office team ensuring that everything runs smoothly. She is our go-to for anything rego-related and has worked hard to ensure JAWA can now register vans on a customer’s behalf. Ash works closely with every department and assists in the daily running of the business.

SERVICE TEAM

CORBOULD PARK:

AJ
Originally starting out in our workshop building our off road hybrid campers, AJ’s expert knowledge, unwavering work ethic and trouble-shooting skills have propelled him swiftly through the JAWA ranks where he is currently our QLD Service Manager. With his extensive knowledge base and his passion and drive for JAWA and our valued customers, AJ provides a service that is second to none.

As a family business, our main goal is not only to provide the best hybrid camper on the market but to create the best experience for our extended JAWA family. AJ embodies this objective and is always here to assist our customers with anything JAWA-related. 🙂

ROBYN
Robyn joined the JAWA family earlier this year to work alongside AJ in the service department. With extensive experience in customer service, Robyn has proven to be the perfect addition to our service and customer service team. With ample knowledge of all things caravans, parts, and service, we are so pleased to have secured her expertise and hilarious sense of humour!  Robyn is always happy to help and has quickly become an essential part of our JAWA family.

WINDSOR:

MITCH
Mitch joined the NSW JAWA team early this year and has been an incredible asset to our Service Department. Previously working as a service manager for a mechanical workshop, Mitch has hit the ground running. He has many years of experience in the automotive industry and comes with a wealth of knowledge and a valuable skillset. If you want service with a smile or need to talk to someone about all things service-related, Mitch is your guy!

WORKSHOP

In just three short years, JAWA Off Road Campers have grown from a team of six to a team of over 50….

The JAWA Off Road Campers brand and team have grown significantly with a dedication to our products and determination to build the best experience for our clients with a high quality Customer Service and After Sales Team. Our Workshop Team work tirelessly to ensure our campers are the best hybrids on the market. We have a highly skilled and motivated Workshop Crew who are passionate about JAWA and our campers.

We have implemented a new nightshift team, as well as our day shift team to ensure quality is not jeopardised. We now receive weekly/daily container deliveries at any time – day or night due to the increased delivery schedule.

It’s full speed ahead at JAWA Off Road Campers and we are not looking to slow down anytime soon…

PRODUCTION MANAGER:

JAMIE
Jamie is our production manager and runs the production and workshop side of things for JAWA Off Road Campers. Coming from a background in business management, Jamie spent the last 10 years running a Mazda dealership. With his many years of automotive management experience, Jamie has very quickly become an integral part of our workshop team. You can find him snacking on some haggis and ensuring production is running smoothly and at full speed!

CUSTOMER SERVICE

RYCHELLE
Rychelle has a genuine passion for people. Before her role with JAWA Off Road Campers, Rychelle spent many years as a sales consultant for display homes. You will find her in our Caboolture showroom looking after our customers and assisting with sales inquiries. Rychelle understands our products, the industry and, most importantly, our customers. With her expert knowledge of all things JAWA and camping, Rychelle has a passion for finding the perfect camper for you!

NICK
Nick is our Jack of all trades! Not only does he successfully run a very busy parts department for our NSW facility, he is also front of house for all customer service enquiries. Nicks extensive background in Parts Interpreting & previous branch Managment positions have enabled Nick to slot perfectly into the NSW Jawa Team. His Industry knowledge is second to none & his love of camping & all things Offroad has made him an integral part of our Team. JAWA FAMILY

KAZ – ‘THE MOTHERSHIP’
Kaz is a mum to all and, of course, the owner of JAWA Off Road Campers (along with John) – but let’s be honest, we all know who really runs the show! Kaz can usually be found chatting to our lovely customers in the showroom and ensuring our staff have a full belly for Friday brekky! She works tirelessly for JAWA Off Road Campers and is always happy to help.
JP
Johnny is the backbone and owner of JAWA Off Road Campers. JP has built the JAWA business with a commitment to exceptional customer service along with his passion for providing innovative, hybrid campers designed and modified specifically for Australian conditions. A long-time camping enthusiast, Johnny is continually updating and improving our models to ensure our campers are leaders in the hybrid market. With an eye on expansion and growth in a competitive hybrid market, JP is proud to have recently relocated to our multi-purpose-built facility on the Sunshine Coast and opened a new showroom in NSW.
SCOTT & MATT
Scotty and Matt are our managers for QLD and NSW. They both live and breathe camping and all things outdoors. With a wealth of knowledge between them, they both started in the workshop building our campers! You might recognise their faces from our JAWA videos and TV commercials – they certainly aren’t shy around a camera! With their extensive knowledge and passion for JAWA hybrid campers, and their exceptional customer service skills, Scott and Matt are always here to assist with anything JAWA-related.
EMMA
Emma is in control of all things shipping. Over the past two years, we’ve seen some rapid changes in the shipping industry, so when your new van arrives to you on time, that’s all thanks to the hard work Emma is putting in behind the scenes! She also looks after all JAWA’S marketing, promotions and advertising, and handles our social media accounts as well as coordinating any events we are involved in.

OUR STORY

Kaz and I spent the last 35 years in the northwest of Sydney, running a sizeable automotive repair shop specializing in automatic transmission and power steering – servicing 18 car dealerships around NSW and the Greater Sydney area.

It was time for a sea-change with a little less stress and a lot more time with the family, so with that in mind, we decided to fulfill our lifetime dream of moving to the Sunshine Coast, and commencing our next big adventure!

Camping has always been such a large part of our social and family life, and we visited JAWA Off Road Campers with the view to purchase the 2019 Hybrid of the Year – TRAX 12. Very impressed with the quality of the Hybrid and Camper Trailer range we discovered the business was actually for sale.

Instantly we knew we had found our calling and the rest is now history.

A few months later our daughter Emma and her husband Scott joined the business making the move up from Wollongong with their two young children, followed a year later by our youngest son Matt to embark on this adventure. With Emma’s marketing skills, Scott’s strength in customer relations and passion for our Hybrids, Matt’s sales charisma and trade background and our aligned passion – we knew we had something exceptional.

In just three short years the JAWA Off Road Campers brand and team have grown significantly with a dedication to our products and determination to build the best experience for our clients with a high quality Customer Service and After Sales team.

In 2022, the award winning range continues to expand building on our flagship camper the Sirocco – 2020 Hybrid of the Year with new product upgrades and improved model designs which are based purely on the feedback we have received from our customers.

JAWA Off Road Campers is a 100% Australian-owned true family business, and we are very excited to announce the opening of a new showroom and workshop in the Northwest of Sydney this September together with a new Caboolture showroom in December servicing the Greater Brisbane area.
