The weight of the empty van or camper (net weight).
What is Aggregate Camper Mass (ATM)?
The combined weight of the camper and its full load when it’s not coupled to tow a vehicle.

Does what you pack into the camper affect the weight restrictions?
The simple answer is yes. You need to go off the ATM for this amount.
